My recent EdSocialMedia posts

I've put up a number of blog posts on EdSocialMedia recently, and I thought I would cross-post them here, on the odd chance that the dozen or so people who actually read this blog didn't know about them already. Here's what I've written:
  • Using social media for student research, part 1 and part 2: My plan on how to teach my students how to use social media, such as blogs and Twitter, for research.
  • "What's the best way to think?": a reflection on the pluses and minuses of organizing email and files, and what that says about the best way to think.
  • "What is scholarly in the age of the internet?": some thoughts on how the meaning of "scholarly writing" is being changed by the internet.
Enjoy!
